I would love to see this.
It would be as entertaining as the old SNL to watch him fumble and mangle the English language.

"It would bring him closer to the people, dispel some of this concern that understandably our people have, about the loss of life and limb, the enormous cost of this war to the American public," he said.

Bush would have problems being a pimple on FDR's ass and where would he get the brains to emulate him?

What would he even say? "stay the course" ?

It's nice to see our wise posters talking about Franklin Theodore Rosevelt, but hardly talk about the guy, but moch our current president. Here's what I have to say to you. Walk softly, but carry a big stick-FDR

moral of the story: be gentile, but be ready for for a fight?

Are you purposely mixing up the presidents?

Franklin Delano Roosevelt

Served 4 terms. Including terms during WWII. Author of the "New Deal". He conducted radio "fireside chats" with the USA. Famous quote, "We have nothing to fear, but fear itself"

Theodore Roosevelt

Served 1 and a half terms. Big game hunter, traveled extensively as POTUS. Wouldn't kill an orphaned bear cub, hence the "teddy bear". Famous quote, "Speak softly, but carry a big stick".

Oh look, a thread designed for nothing but Bush Bashing.

Gotta love that liberal platform of hate while heading into mid-term elections. Red State America should love seeing ths again.
