Bush has finally done it. He has crossed the line between getting the benefit of the doubt and absolute proof he is completly detached from reality. This came in his Marie Antionette level statement recently that he felt the Iraqis should be thankful to America for...

...that's as far as I can get.

I can't even answer that statement. Being the catalyst that launched a country into a civil war that would not be present today if that evil dictator was still hanging around, it is hard to see how a thank you can be pulled out of the ashes of dead Iraqis.
