This guy does seem to have some good qualifications. Seems Bush finally made his first good appointment. Congradulations Bush!

"UPDATE"!!!

Guess I spoke to soon. I just found out that Paulison was the one that recommended that we use "DUCT TAPE and PLASTIC" to protect us from biological weapons.:roll:

NOPE!!! Don't want him calling the shots.
 
Flip-flop, flip-flop...just a few days ago we had Bush commending the actions of FEMA.

Which is it Mr. President?
 
Even if someone did have the qualifications to run FEMA, how would Bush know?
