This guy does seem to have some good qualifications. Seems Bush finally made his first good appointment. Congradulations Bush!

Guess I spoke to soon. I just found out that Paulison was the one that recommended that we use "DUCT TAPE and PLASTIC" to protect us from biological weapons.:roll:

Kudos to Bush for FINALLY accepting responsibility for something/anything that's happened on his watch.
