Bush Executive Order on Handling Secret Information

Well..lookee, lookee. What do we have here. Why it is none other than an executive order issued by King George himself in March of 2003 pertaining to the Handling of Secret Information. This amendment to existing executive orders and law was obviously issued in relation to the Iraq war as the March 2003 date would tend to suggest This is exec. order 13292 pertaining to Classified National Security information. One does not have to read far to find the following



(b) Classified information shall not be declassified automatically as a result of any unauthorized disclosure of identical or similar information.
(c) The unauthorized disclosure of foreign government information is presumed to cause damage to the national security.

There seem to be more than a few individuals on this board that have some misguided notions as to whether information that has been previously divulged either accidently or even through lucky guessing is still considered classified. I thought this document straight from the horses's mouth (or would that be the White House) should help 'splain things a bit.
