Hmm. that ought perplex some of the Texas repubs...

Why would it do that? Neocons are just democrats that disagree with other democrats on war policy.

You are using a very old definition of the word Neoconservative (from the 50's-60's). It no longer refers to primarily, right leaning liberals.

Neoconservative today is based on the 1970's-1980's version:

'neoconservatism
ne·o·con·ser·va·tism (nē′ō-kən-sûr′və-tĭz′əm)
n.
A political philosophy developed in the 1970s and 1980s, advocating the active use of government power in pursuit of conservative domestic and foreign policies.'

Once again, I am neither Dem nor Rep.

From the article.

Barbara Bush is the CEO and co-founder of Global Health Corps and called Planned Parenthood an "exceptional organization" last year in an interview with the New York Times. Bush also attended an event for Democratic presidential candidate Hillary Clinton in Paris.

Does this mean we could have a Bush on a democrat ticket at some point in the future?

Been seeing a lot of headlines that read like Onion pieces lately. I find this concerning, yet hilarious in a scary kind of way.
