For the first time in his presidency, Bush acknowledged that climate change is a real phenomenon during his State of the Union address.

So I have a question for all of you Republican global warming naysayers: Is Bush a liar?

Well he did it without actually saying Global Warming which I thought was kind of funny.

I have never denied that the climate is changing I just don't know if we can do much to halt those changes. I'm all for less pollution though.

The argument isn't about whether or not there are climate changes, these happen from not only year to year, but cyclical throughout decades, centuries, and so fourth. The argument is if and how much humans are causing.

The global warming debate is not over whether or not the climate is changing: it is. The question is whether co2 emissions from industry are the primary factor, or if this change is part of Earth's normal heating and cooling cycle.

co2 levels have been higher than they are now more than once in earth's history, long before man ever drove his first car.
