From a WSJ op ed (paywall):

We’re all originalists now, apparently. “I believe that the Constitution is fixed in its meaning,” Judge Ketanji Brown Jackson told the Senate during her Supreme Court confirmation hearings this week. “I believe that it’s appropriate to look at the original intent, original public meaning of the words.” She called it “a limitation on my authority to import my own policy views.”

Goodness, has Biden screwed up and nominated someone who will not inject a liberal political bias into SCOTUS proceedings?

No, I'm like Trump he chose based on abitiy and character exclusive of political bias

Yes, that is what they're supposed to do, but we can certainly conclude Obama did not with his picks.

Don't leave out a few "Tucker" and "Fox News". It's still a new thread - they almost always manage to also make their way in also.

Voters are amazingly ignorant; when the legislature votes in lockstep with the determinant being the D or R by their name, anyone who thinks they have elected a impartial, objective, and unbiased adult is ludicrous.

My guess is we're about to put the MOST liberal politically biased justice, yet, onto the court.
