I just saw brokeback and it does follow the book exactly. Very very sad I left the theatre crying. This is definatly a love story between two men who happen to be cowboys. I was also shaking with rage that people would have to actually live thier lives like the two guys in the movie. Stories like this highten my dislike heterosexism that makes people deny love so they don't get beaten to death.

To all my gay brothers and lesbian sisters, please go see this movie there wasn't a dry eye in the full theatre. If brokeback makes money more mainstream glbt themed movies will be made.
