Brexit Just Got Trump Closer to Victory

I must point out that due to an amazing line up of marketing tactics Trump, "just happened" to be in Scotland for the "opening of a golf course" there. I think he obviously subtly did that on purpose, he may have even hoped for the the Brexit so that he can tout his anti-establishment message which now all of international and British media are admitting and agreeing with!

Trump has been acting very presidential throughout the last few days as he took a Victory Lap around the Brexit results. What is interesting here is that Trump would have a much better opportunity than Hillary dealing with the new UK government than a Clinton wishing for the good old days. In fact, Trump if elected could probably leave a long lasting legacy in the UK as this weird anti-establishment message echoes around the world!

Speaking as someone who dislikes both Trump and Hillary, I would have to agree. Brexit will be a boon for Trump and it will be ominous for Hillary. The same issues that became the last straw in the UK are very similar to the issues that led to the insurgent anti-establishment politician movement in the US. Without that movement, Trump would have been laughed off the political state before he got started. In any previous election, the mass media would have single handedly destroyed Trump. They do not have that power today, just as they did not in the UK. Hillary is on the wrong side of history today.

I am glad someone can agree with me without letting their personal biases getting in the way. People are simply shocked in Britain and that is only a foreshadow of things to come here. No one expected the Leave campaign to win, and no one expects Trump to win. That does not mean I want Trump to win!!!!!! This post has nothing to do with my personal beliefs, my choices for President or the way people feel Trump should be acting.

Agreed......The ultimate outcome on the Brexit referendum shocked pretty much everyone. Cameron set it up because he was reasonably sure it would fail. That is common in a parliamentary system. Cameron and the EU as a whole considered the Brexit movement as an annoyance and up until months before the vote just assumed that the vote when it finally came would settle the issue for a while and the UK would remain. They failed to take seriously the anti-status quo movement. and most of the left here in the USA has not yet worked out that the same movement is progress on this side of the pond. That's why Trump has made it this far. people are astounded that the press has not already destroyed him. He can still sink on his own malfeasance, however so far everything is just rolling off of him. Anti-status quo is the message that is connecting in this election. Sadly for the democrats, they are just counting blue states vs red states based on previous elections and assuming victory. They have not learned from history.

Wasn't it Cameron who called for the referendum on Scotland leaving? That vote was razor close and should have clearly taught Cameron "don't hold referendums on mind-bogglingly important national matters." The man is a fool and he bears as much onus as the Leave voters themselves.
 
I've watched over an hour of CNN, and aside from suggesting that Trump is responsible for neo Nazi groups rallying in a few small places, they are also demonizing England for leaving the EU, trying to tie it into racism, and then trying to link Trump to it! Of course, when a country like England ends up handcuffed to other corrupt, bankrupt socialist countries, and they free themselves from the sinking ship, the worldwide left wing movement will inevitably toss in the race card in order to try and intimidate or guilt-trip their opponents into falling back in line.
 
Here is the thing.... conservatives and trump are supported by most of the men... this is not men against men..the change to conservatism is on its way.. because conservatives also are law enforement and the military.. no power for liberals soon there will be a wisdom test for voters and liberalism will never rise again
 
Brexit woke people up. Nobody even seriously considered the possibility of Trump winning on his anti establishment and anti immigration credentials but now people see others living that reality. If Clinton was smart she would capitalize on it and use it to stir up her base.

If the American left thought that 80% of illegal immigrants would eventually vote for republicans instead of democrats, they would have already built a wall on the southern border! They don't support amnesty and/or open borders out of pure, selfless empathy. They support These irresponsible ideas because it means lots of votes for the Democratic party, and a much quicker victory for the great left wing revolution, as many see it. Don't fool yourself into thinking otherwise! They are willing to give away the jobs of poor and lower middle class Americans, to illegal immigrants, because they see them as a mostly uneducated, and therefore easily manipulated voting block, who are taught to fear republicans, while having all sorts of taxpayer funded entitlements thrown at them by democrats.

That proves that democrats and liberal elites don't really care about the little guy, they care about who will help consolidate their power, and advance their ideological goals. PERIOD......
 
Looks like UK stock is winning again against germany stock... half of the third day UK and france stock jockeying who will win today barely and germany lagging behind after 2 days of UK blowing both france and germany out of the water and all nations in the euro each of the first 2 days

the older folks past 25 voted in a landslide to exit... more wise is what comes with experience.. so this simply is a wisdom issue the more conservative the more wise and successful

Not wise. Uninformed. From everything I've been able to gather the Leave voters made their decision solely on the basis of stopping immigration. And they weren't even right about that.

75% of 18-24 yr olds voted to stay in the euro which would mean the older and more wise voted in a landslide to leave more liberal euro union.. this will wake up the world and america .. liberalism will be finished...America has 30 conservative states ready to secede with canada' conservative province alberta joining THE CONSERVATIVE STATES OF AMERCA.. china is very conservative as well as russia and now europe and america will be also.... all these will have a wisdom test for its voters.. China probably has that in private.. they see the people that seem wise and they bring them in and give them wisdom tests and they then vote for their leaders and make the laws and that is why their GDP scores have soared.. whereas liberal europe stuck with making stupid mistakes of having liberalism

God Bless the Leave voters. When I celebrate America's independence this coming weekend, I will also be celebrating the UK's coming independence.

True the Leave Campaign already walking back their claims that they were going to stop immigration. This is exactly what Trump is doing with his ban all muslims comment and more will come of that. Even if polls show it isn't helping much for his cause.

Can you clarify what the Leave voters will get as a result of the vote? I don't mean nebulous words like "freedom." What will UK's citizens be able to do when they leave the EU that they can't do now?
