Brett Kavanaugh proves the left wrong, by siding with prog's on P.P. defunding case!

Both Brett Cavanaugh AND John Roberts sided with progressive justices in refusing to hear this Planned Parenthood de-funding case. Kavanaugh and Roberts could've decided to bring the case before SCOTUS, and vote to de-fund P.P., but they DIDNT!! That means that not only were the left wrong in their desire NOT to give Kavanaugh a fair shake in the discredited claims of teenage gang rape. But they were also wrong in their fearful projections that the SCOTUS(including Kavanaugh) would jump on the opportunity to do the anti-abortion bidding of the Republican party. This proves that, unlike Kagan, Sotomayor, Ginsberg, these 2 justices are capable of independence. They aren't simply blind ideologues who see it as their duty to undermine or ignore the constitution and the rule of law, in order to use the SCOTUS as a super legislature to advance radical political goals.

BTW: To those people who still desire to believe in Kavanaugh's covert life as a serial rapist, I'll remind you that most of the few accusers were proven to have manufactured their accusations, and 'Doctor' Ford's own testimony was riddled with inconsistencies, selective memory-failures on every important verification detail, and EVERY one of her personal witnesses testified to having NO knowledge of her 'ordeal'.

He's making asses out of the doubting Thomases of the far leftist hemisphere. ... Those of us who examined his record knew that when cases like this came up, he would act in accordance with the Constitution.

The case had zero to do with abortion and everything to do with the right to sue for redress.

It was the correct decision, and I am anti-abortion.
