Mark Foley is supposed to be in rehab for his so-called drinking problem, but multiple sources are now claiming he was spotted in an Austin, TX nightclub. Pictures taken with a camera phone look real enough, but is it Foley? I am not quite sure.

The first pictures does NOT look like him. The profile one sort of does, but I would be very surprised if that was him. He's not that stupid to be roaming the streets in George Bush's state.
