If that is true, then I am quite happy. The Ukrainians definitely need heavy mobile artillery if they are to have any hope of launching a general counter-offensive against the Russians.

Germany should equip the likes of Poland, Slovakia, Czech Republic and the Baltic republics with PzH 2000 and Leo 2's so their 2S1, 2S3, 2S19, BM-21 plus T-72 tank inventory can be shipped to the Ukraine
