District 1:
The General Election season is already in order as unopposed Democratic incumbent Chellie Pingree (D) takes on unopposed Republican unknown Ed Thelander (R).

District 2:
Democratic incumbent Jared Golden runs unopposed in the primary. Meanwhile, unknown Republican Elizabeth Caruso (R) takes on former 2nd District Representative Bruce Poliquin (R).

Governor:
The General Election season is already in full swing as Democratic incumbent Janet T. Mills (D) takes on former Maine Republican governor Paul LePage (R).
