Yes, that's almost certainly it. But he won't admit it, even if it sends him to the hospital and nearly kills him. That's why he is making up this "mold" BS.
 
Sucks he and his wife caught covid. Wouldn't wish it on anyone.

Yep. One would think the Brazilian president's home would be well maintained to the point where mold would not be an issue. Bolsonaro's been the Captain Obtuse of Brazil, so him now being impacted by "the little cold" isn't good optics after all of his dismissive rhetoric.
