"Laws" mean nothing in China.

And even in this country, laws are often ignored.

China is a dictatorship, so that man was, indeed, brave.

And maybe foolish, too.

As a lifelong coward, I am in awe of him and especially those anti-war protesters in Russia.

And that anti-Putin leader who returned to Russia from England and is now in prison.

And the current leader of Ukraine. (Who, hear tell, has been marked for Russian elimination.)

the genghisid states (empires ) reject very idea of the Laws, they are ruled by grand khan (czar) direct orders
