Pointing at the other party when you've got nothing else to argue makes you look like you don't have an argument. You've already admitted that Republicans want to play gotcha with Obama on this issue. How do you feel about it?
What you must be joking
I'm dead serious. Obama did everything he could to bring back the person Republicans were asking be brought back. Now Republicans want to lynch Obama for doing everything he could to achieve that. You admitted it was a catch-22 for Obama and Republicans would complain regardless. Now you're trying to point at the left like "they do it too" and I don't care much for it. I'm pointing out that Republicans are being demonstrably hypocritical in regards to this issue. Do you have anything else to add other than the fact that Republicans are being hypocrites as it concerns this issue?
Who cares it changes nothing with politics nor the ideologies
True, however that doesn't mean they can't be called hypocrites for creating such an obvious "catch-22". Do you believe Republicans are being hypocrites? It's a simple question.
Oh, I agree. I just find it incredibly funny that now everyone is calling for Obama's head when a multitude of Republicans bashed Obama for not doing everything he could to bring the guy back. Obama did everything he could, and it brought results. Continuing to bash Obama over doing what Republicans wanted just makes them look hypocritical.

If, as President of the United States, you are going to enter into an agreement with a terrorist group to retrieve a missing soldier it might be a good idea to get the real story BEFORE you act. While this may well have been a secret to the press there is no way in hell it should have been a secret to the Pentagon or the White House.
Who cares it changes nothing with politics nor the ideologies.....and if Bo Peep broke the law it comes out over an issue just like this. Then that catches him up for what he has done. Leaving him no where to hide.
All the while you blame Republicans for being hypocrites. Tell us how that Smart power works again?
I don't recall that anyone from either Party was saying much about Bergdahl one way or another at the time, since we didn't know what the story was. Most of the complaints and questions at the time were about why President Obama swapped five high-ranking terrorists for him. I still haven't read the answer for that, by the way, because a one-for-one swap would have made more sense to people. Then we read that the terrorists were to stay in the country they were deported to, but they didn't even do that, but left at will. That was the icing on the cake for most people, since those terrorists, in effect, gave this Country the one-finger salute in gratitude for giving them their freedom! Nice, huh? :2mad:

Obama treated this guy like a returning hero....It seems his true color shows every day....Why can't you lefties see it?

my god what a story this would be if a Republican had been duped into such a trade. the media would already have a name for it. but for Obama you can almost HEAR this story being SWEPT under the rug.
They won't kill the sumbitch. However, this does put the lie to a lot of Obama's pronouncements - we knew it all along. Now we can see it in the form of Bergdahl. The guy's a traitor, but to hear some tell it, only republicans can see that. I'll just take that as an admission of the abject stupidity of some on the left.
How it is being swept under the rug. It is all over the media. It is in giant letters across the CNN website right now.
How, exactly, was Bergdahl treated like a "returning hero"?
Ah, the old "Argument By Hypothetical" routine.
Bergdahl's own GOP Representative from Idaho, Raul Labrador, not only defended him but went after the rest of Idaho's GOPs for trashing Bergdahl .
LOL....until you got your FoxNews talking points, you were all over here condemning Obama for not bringing him home sooner. What a difference a day makes in the right-wing world.
That's about as dishonest an attack as you will find anywhere.
Some might call your post...ironic...

No, I believe some of them actually use political tactics and strategy to manipulate others.
Then it would appear that Mr. Labrador owes a lot of people apologies.
Only it isn't. Republicans want to lynch Obama for doing what they asked be done. The proof is in their words. Not parsing what you think they said.
