Is it just me, or does this bit seem strikingly familiar with, oh, back in 2001?
So Tony Blair cuts his vacation so as to help resolve the current middle east crisis with Israel and Lebanon, where as our dear ol boyyo Bush goes off on a 4 week vacation. Boy, 4 weeks, I wish I got that kind of vacation time from my job.
Here we have Bush admin obsessed all the time stating how "sending the wrong message" would be devestating to our current war efforts. Excuse me, so during a time of war, what kind of message does that send the troops in the field when the commander in Chief goes off on a 4 week vacation and is cutting tree shrubs instead of mending to issues of national security and war time; and escalating tensions from Israel?
This would be like JFK taking a vacation just as the Soviets were sending nukes into Havana.
Yes Mr. Bush, you're sending the perfectly clear message. To hell with it all, let's all go and start mending to the over growth with the soldiers you ordered over dieing.
How about this Mr. Bush, you want to take a vacation, plz, take a permanent vacation and have all the me time you want, and let someone who's actually competent run the show. ie, Bush Sr.
