- 4 ounces blue cheese
4 tablespoons butter
Salt and freshly ground pepper
1 1/2 pounds ground beef or ground chuck
mash together blue cheese and butter with the salt and pepper mixture to your taste. Place mixture in freezer for 20-30 minutes.
After cheese mixture has firmed up, divide ground beef into 4 portions and make an indention in the center of each patty. Scoop the blue cheese mixture into the indentation in patties. Mold the ground beef around the cheese mixture to cover. Cook on hot grill or in skillet.
