So to make a long story short, unless I see a new report with different numbers, I will be using the revised [25,000] number with the "chicken-hawk's" in any debate from this moment on. The rest of the story is below.Originally para-phrased by Billo in earlier posts:
A report published last year in the medical journal the Lancet suggested the chances of a violent death in Iraq were 58 times higher after the invasion than before it. Researchers from Johns Hopkins University and Columbia University in the US and the Al-Mustansiriya University in Baghdad put the civilian death toll at up to 100,000 since the invasion. The study was based on interviews with Iraqis, most of them doctors, but conceded that the data on which the projections were based was of "limited precision".

Normally I would do that. But since there are so many people that are too ***** to admit when there wrong, I thought I would show them that its no big deal to announce to the world that I was wrong. Even though I really wasn't. Technically it was a matter of the source I was using admitted to having flaws in how it gathered information. So I was just giving everyone an update. We still do not know how many deaths we have caused. But whether it is 25,000 or 100,000, its still bad.Originally posted by Arch Enemy:
I totally agree.
Next time, please just post it on the same thread the error first happened.

Your the joke! There wasn't a single American that lost his life on Iraqi soil until we invaded. Now we have almost 2000 deaths. Your the joke, clown!Originally posted by akyron:
Yes because we all know there was no violence in the middle east before the US stepped there...what a joke.
