Biden's Popularity is Down to 33%: Quinnipiac

What you think about my experiences and what those experiences are are separated by reality.
Yet you provide no location for this so called store with empty shelves. Once again I call BS.

I suspect the numbers are true. And 'no', it's not good for Biden.

But, 'approval' is not a direct scale to 'votes'.

Trump had a dismal approval rating in 2020, yet he came very close to winning the Presidency!

Conversely, Biden was not the first choice of many. But, when given the choice of 'Biden or Trump', 6M more Americans voted for him than for Trump. And, despite lackluster to lousy approval ratings for both candidates, more Americans came out to vote than ever before.

So yeah, approvals are important, but no where near important as votes. And sometimes we vote for guys we don't strongly approve of, because we disapprove even more of the other guy! In fact, I would opine '24 will be exactly this type of election - one based upon dislike.

Regarding the highlight, that seems to be the defining characteristics of our elections lately.

Regarding the popularity of Trump, he seems to have over performed the popularity measured by the "experts".

Regarding Biden getting more votes than any other candidate, idea, proposition or issue of any type ever voted on in the history of mankind, I FEEL that this indicates some kind of skullduggery.

You forgot about the political death sentence for a democrat of Hispanics not walking but running away from Joe.
I know this contradicts Joe's & all white privilege liberal's brilliant theory that how you think is completely dependent on what color your skin is but here you go :

Hispanics are turning away from Joe Biden

A new poll finds that 65% of Latinos disapprove of the President

I happen to be married to a Latina who is an ardent opponent of Abortion, very devoted to the idea of pay for work, very enraptured with the idea of self realization, VERY Catholic and opposed to perpetual handouts for the able bodied.

Inducing the attitudes of the many from the well defined attitudes of the one is almost never accurate.

However, when the opinions demonstrated by the many are crystalized and given foundation by the demonstrated opinions of the one up close and personal, it seems to hold water.

I could be wrong.

Biden's lost Hispanics.
Biden needs to go on Jimmy Fallon and yuck it up again.

Might be a good move. Do you think that Biden's wife and Fallon's mother, virtually Fallon's entire audience if Biden is a guest, will sway the polling? ;)

Biden said:

"I'm not going to shut down the economy. I'm not going to shut down the country. I'm going to shut down the Virus."

He seems to have lied on all three points. The shelves in our stores are as empty as the promises read aloud in Biden's telepromptered addresses.

The latest Quinnipiac Poll shows his APPROVAL Rating is down to 33%. That means:

He's lost ALL Republicans- no surprise there.
He's lost ALL Independents- some surprise there.
He's losing more Democrats- BIG surprise there.

Seems like EVERYONE is tired of stamping on the flaming bag of Biden that the media has dropped on our collective front porch.

I'll bet he's going to lose the election next week.

He has not lost ALL Independents. I'm now an Independent. He hasn't lost me. Fail less.

You Gov has him at 45 the same day.....over all he is skirting 42-43 with 3 years to go. Maybe I'll pay more attention in 2023 when we know if he is even running!

You mean the comical liberal leaning polling that has such little credibility that they aren't even listed on the RCP averages and whom also never list their methodology?

I stand corrected on them not being i the RCP averages but not on their sleazy polling methods.

Per your link, they polled 581 Democrats and 478 Republicans or 21% more Democrats than Republicans.

Do you do any research yourself?

Here's a weenie liberal site so you can't bitch.

Grocery store shortages are back. Here are some of the reasons why

What’s really going on with empty grocery store shelves in the Bay Area?

Yet you provide no location for this so called store with empty shelves. Once again I call BS.

The WalMart was in Fishers Indiana. The Target was in a shopping Center just off of Keystone in Indianapolis. The Kroger is on 71st street in Indianapolis.

Happy?

Your post made me laugh.

I guess I'm happy, although I am confused how shelves are empty in Indiana, yet full in Ohio, 1 state away.

By research, do you mean do I drive all over the country looking for empty shelves in stores? No, but I have not experienced that in my area, so you can see why I might have some doubts.

He should solve simple poverty with a simple executive order and claim it takes a career politician to do that not a reality tv guy.

Vote blue not red!

Most of the pictures of empty grocery store shelves are actually from the Trump era.

From the nature and extent of supply chain issues, to the effectiveness of vaccines, to climate change, etc…Trump supporters live under such mountains of disinformation that it almost seems hopeless to try to dig them out- especially when they resist so stubbornly and kick you in the face so much when you try. They just really really want to live under all that rubble.

I can't wait for February (Black history month), and how Biden will be out making speeches and sounding like he grew up in Compton or Louisiana with all of his "ya'lls" and his "hey mans", and all that other hysterical crap he does trying to play like he is "down". LOL!

Lots of talk about Jim Crow, plantations, and chains, or telling Black voters who don't vote for democrats that they "aren't Black".

WE must remember if ALEC republicans cannot lie the silence would deafening for a long period of time.
How pleasant that would be.

One reason store shelves seem empty is not because of COVID 19 it is because retail grocery implemented
a "if the item will not fit on the shelf don't order more" so retail grocery has become a gambling casino. Another reason is electronics has replaced humans thus when an item has soared in sales a computerized device cannot see the impact so rather than increasing the BUY NUMBER it remains business as usual.

BTW another item that can create empty spots on grocery shelves is a threat of snow storms thus shoppers
go bananas and clean off the shelves as if there are no more shopping days in the future.

Toilet paper is still available ..... no problem there.

Biden has never lied about COVID 19 as did Trump and entire GOP nor has he encouraged the population to make irresponsible health care decisions regarding COVID 19 and he has never encouraged the population to drop by the local farm supply store to pick up a treatment for COVID 19 and he did push
through a economic booster to the entire population which made the economic needle jump forward.

I agree.

Straw Man.

I FEEL that this indicates some kind of skullduggery.

Feelings aside, I prefer factual reality.

If Biden doesn’t win, it’s because the election was rigged. What’s that’s going to mean? Maybe the second amendment types, or Antifa, will have the answer, I don’t know. (Sarcasm)

Hey- this is how Trump supporters want American elections run every single time. What’s good for the goose is good for the gander. I’m just playing along. :D
You may be more right than you meant to be.

It is odd that the various polling companies usually have a spread of response percentages on identical topics. The spread is ALWAYS present.

In general, though, when the actual opinion is moving in one direction or the other, ALL of the polling companies show that directional move.

Rasmussen had been hanging around in the low 40's for a month or so, but now is also into the 30's. Rasmussen is about as "Gold Standard" as it gets.

Whether your favorite poll has now dropped to 45%, 38% or 33%, they are all dropping.

Lucky for Biden, his teleprompter does not read the polls so he is utterly unaware. ;)

Your confusion is what it is.

In Ohio, the unemployment rate was about 4.8% in this report:
In Indiana, the unemployment rate was about 3.0%. In Ohio, it's about 4.8%

I know that in the Kroger I cited, signs were posted at every checkout begging customers to apply for jobs. They simply could not fill the jobs.

As is true arond the country, for whatever reason, 10's of thousands of people have discovered a way to pay for food that was previously unavailable to them

What would be the process by which this solution would be implemented and then conducted in the real world?
