trump largely won in 2016 by running a a phony populist. It was an incredibly absurd lie, something that wouldn't make Saturday Night Live as too ridiculous, yet it worked. We have that many incredibly gullible suckers.

Biden is running as a populist, to get those voters back.

I just watched part of a speech he just made, and he went on and on and on painting trump as a rich New Yorker who can only see Wall Street, and painting himself as Scranton working class over and over, and talking about 'us' as him and other working class people, FILLED with feeding their resentment, the 'Biden was told he wasn't good enough because he didn't go to ivy league' messaging.

Tonight, he sent out a tweet: " Donald Trump ran for office saying he would represent the forgotten men and women of this country — and as soon as he got in office, he forgot about us. "

'Us' working class again. He's all in on this messaging. On the one hand, it's standard politician pandering. On the other, he's right, that he has a hell of a better case for being with the American people than trump and his con. Good for him for fighting to get some of those voters back.

Right. Working class.

This is the guy who has been in government service his entire life, amassed millions in the process, owns what...two, three, four mansions?

Now THAT'S a con.

But hey, suckers are born every minute, right? Biden will get the votes from a lot of suckers, that's for sure.

Need a tissue?

Honestly Biden's strategy seem to be "just give Trump enough rope to hang himself", as in let Trump make the election about him at a time when Trump's popularity is low. This might well work, but could also backfire.

However considering Biden is just kinda meh, just taking a step back and let Trump make an ass out of himself, and make people remember why he is bad, probably the best strategy there is right now.

He's doing both, but what I posted is correct.
