I wonder how much of this is incompetence or done to satisfy an agenda.

Here are the top wheat group counties. If you have kept current, you'll be surprised.

The only way to have avoided this would be to just step back and let Russia take over countries. That's a worse outcome.

Putin's army is the reason Ukranian wheat isn't getting to market and is causing the price to go sky high. Most of the countries that rely on humanitarian shipments aren't involved in sanctions. Yes, Putin cut off the grain in retaliation for sanctions, but it wasn't directly caused by that. It was Putin deciding to starve the world.

You think Putin is the only one that's benefiting from this?

25% of the world’s wheat supply in those two countries?

Yes, that will be impactful.

To pretend it won’t be is foolish.

Lol, what makes you think that's anyone's agenda?
It's a question man. If you don't think there are world powers vying to an advantage, then you haven't kept up. You think this happened by accident?

No, it's not. Nobody benefits from "continual world crises".

This probably was an accident given its pretty clear Putin expected Ukraine to fall quickly.

You have to understand, if Trump were president, he would simply ignore the crisis like he tried to ignore the pandemic. He would believe, again, that it would simply go away. And he would be wrong again. But he, nor his followers think that far ahead, or, frankly, think that much all.

No, just poor planning on his part.
Which is resulting in an unexpected wheat shortage.

That's pretty much a textbook example of "accident"

Are you saying that leaders around the world made this happen? Did they agree let a little bug out of a lab/wet market/Fauci's underpants as well? To what end?

What's your position, I mean beyond bitching about Tucker?
You first, you throw out the vague “agenda” and suggest there is a conspiracy, spell it out.

A change in the world order. Government typically also increase their powers during crises.
This sounds like conspiracy theory crap. The notion that a president who is already facing terrible approval numbers due to inflation and gas prices would just want to exacerbate those problems to "change the world order", is about as ridiculous as it gets.
