It is essentially edited to pick apart where Biden stumbled the most in expressing his thoughts to answer questions. I am sure someone could go through last night's interview between Stephanopoulos and Trump, editing that to make Trump look both callous and unintelligent. Without context surrounding the pieces that are edited, it is difficult to assess whether it indicates anything other than the video editor has some bias.
