You do know the Mueller investigation lead to George Papadopoulus, Paul Manafort and Rick Gates being indicted and convicted, right? There was Russian collusion from inside the Trump campaign, Mueller just couldn't find anything leading directly to Donny, mainly because he refrained from doing that. If you actually read the Mueller report you'dsee alot of worrying signs all over, and how the President tried to shut it down several times. Again if there was no Russian collusion how come three men are in jail for it?

And also Maria Butina who was indicted for espionage, and actually pled guilty, so it's quite clear people of the Trump campaign had meetings with a Russian spy.

No. It would be hypocrisy if Biden himself had not attended Trump's inauguration. It is not hypocrisy that he simply didn't call out some Dems for refusing to attend Trump's inauguration.

Some members of Congress skipping the inauguration is whatever. Former Presidents always show up though. The outgoing President has always been a part of it. But why bother. No one really wants Trump there except because "tradition". Maybe it's time to end some traditions.

Technically, there have been times in our past where the outgoing President did not attend the inauguration. I believe one was for illness, one was working on something (although it may have been an excuse) but he did send someone in his place or a letter I believe, and then a couple/few were sour grapes. It is rare and definitely not something modern Presidents do.

I hope that President Trump does NOT attend the Inauguration.

1. If he really, really, really believes that he was cheated out of reelection, why in the world would he want to shake hands with the gentleman who was wrongly elected?

2. Why would he want to be surrounded by his sworn enemies, such as the lovely and eternally youthful Speaker of the House?

3. Why would he want to steal the show? His appearance at the Capitol would send up howls of protest from the crowd, who might even try to rush the steps in order to grab him & turn him over to the Distinguished Attorney General of New York State.

On January 20, he should be in Florida enjoying the sunshine & playing golf.

Let the Dems have the day that they have been waiting for during these these four tumultuous years. Let the Dems celebrate the day when they start to turn this country into a veritable paradise.
