The fact is the scientists lately have determined that IF everybody masks up and social distances, it is about as good as a total lockdown. So NOOOOO ....based on what we know now, its a moot point. The scientists are not likely to call for a complete lockdown anyway. Don't be surprised if they ask Donald Duck to stop mixed messaging on masking and social distancing.
