Biden screwed this all up, the only people around here being dismissive of it are loyalists who do not care about those Americans or those in Afghanistan who tried to help us.

Well that article is a bit misleading. The number came from an interview with Biden.

So Biden didn't say that there were 15,000 Americans looking to flee. It was stated that there are between 10,000-15,000 Americans left and that Biden is committed to ensuring that everyone who wishes to leave will leave. They've imposed an August 31st date by which to accomplish this. But Biden did say that if there are still Americans looking to leave after that date, that it's possible that the mission will push out.

It's not good, but it's also not quite the hysterics you're trying to present here.

So, I’m other words, the President publicly pledged that he would get everyone out.

That’s not just a bit of nuanced difference from the original story- it’s pretty much the opposite.
