Biden leads Trump by 12 points nationally among likely voters: Reuters/Ipsos poll

6c3ade9d8383e6978e646ec13b5120e7

9/9/20
NEW YORK (Reuters) - Democrat Joe Biden leads President Donald Trump by 12 percentage points nationally among likely U.S. voters, according to a Reuters/Ipsos opinion poll that also showed the number of persuadable voters had shrunk compared with four years ago. The Sept. 3-8 poll, released on Wednesday, found 52% of likely voters planned to support Biden, while 40% would back Trump. Three percent said they would vote for another candidate, and just 5% said they remained undecided with less than two months to go until the Nov. 3 presidential election. The survey showed the number of voters who had not yet backed a major-party candidate to be less than half of what it was in 2016, and that Biden currently had the advantage in securing the national popular vote. Even if the remaining undecided voters threw their support behind Trump, the poll showed, he would still lose the popular vote to Biden.

If these numbers remain relatively static, Trump cannot achieve a victory by popular vote. The Electoral College is his only possible avenue of victory.

Polling has the two candidates roughly even in Florida, with Biden ahead in the battleground states of Pennsylvania, Wisconsin, Michigan, North Carolina, and Arizona.

Yes Californians will turn out in record numbers to support Biden. Too bad for them that there is no difference between 50% +1 and 50% +50%

This one needs to be in the U.S. Presidential Election section. Otherwise, it is perfect.

The Associated Press and Reuters are totally unbiased news sources by default. They only exist to proved the facts in a completely neutral manner. So there is no excuse for Republicans to cry "liberal bias" if they hate these beautiful results.

Ouch.

But one of the Trump loyalists told us today that Trump is soaring in the polls.

Oh, yes, Mr. Biden is going to win.

Like many other people, I am terrified of what his BLM- and ANTIFA-friendly administration will do to this country.

Will we have to kneel at school, at work, etc.? Will we have to sing a certain anthem?

Will billions of taxpayer dollars go to reparations?

Will violent criminals be released from prison or not even sent there in the first place?

Will law and order no longer exist in our neighborhoods?

Yes, the Dems are right to gloat. They ARE going to win big, including in the House & Senate.

Some people who help the Dems win on November 3 are going to regret it, but it will be too late.
