Yeah, about as fair as blaming Obama for the 2009 Recession that happened entirely under the watch of George W. Bush. Cause obviously Obama was supposed to prevent 800,000 people from losing their jobs that February despite only being inaugurated Eleven days beforehand.

The difference is Trump was President at the beginning of the pandemic and watched it get out of control.

Biden became President when the pandemic was out of control.

In AZ many of the metrics are showing improvements.
Heck the US wide cases are lower now than when Biden took office
almost 45million have received at least the first dose of the vaccine with some having been given both.

So where is the failure?
