Berlin deliberately delays investigation in Navalny case - Russian diplomat - Russian Politics & Diplomacy - TASS

MOSCOW, September 6. /TASS/. Berlin, which calls on Moscow to take urgent steps on investigating the incident with Russian blogger Alexei Navalny, is deliberately delaying this process by not responding to Russia’s request, Russian Foreign Ministry Spokeswoman Maria Zakharova told reporters on Sunday.

According to the diplomat, Berlin’s justice department received a request from Russia’s Prosecutor-General’s Office, which was sent on August 27, only on Friday. "Where is this urgency on which you are insisting? It is the German side that lacks it very much," she stressed.

"By not sending the response Berlin is stonewalling the investigation process, which it has been demanding. Is this done on purpose?" Zakharova said.

"If the German government’s statements are sincere, it should be interested itself in preparing a response to the request by the Russian Prosecutor-General’s Office in the shortest term possible," Zakharova said. "Now there is no confidence that Germany is not playing a double game.
"

This is the same pattern as the Skripal case. High and fast on accusations and demands, but slow and low on providing any evidence.

Navalny was poisoned in Russia.

Yet Moscow cannot seem to produce any investigative materials for international inspection.

Why not? Probably because there is no Russian investigation. Putin intends to stonewall and hope this goes away.

We can't investigate thin air.

Our doctors diagnosed a metabolic dis-order.

German doctors claim he was poisoned.

Show us the toxicology data and other evidence and we'll investigate further.

Evidence. Evidence.

The Putin regime doesn't typically investigate anything. Why would they investigate themselves?

Once again you have decided the verdict in advance of the evidence, let along the trial.

It is impossible to engage with our western 'partners' when they're in this mood.

Yes. If it looks like a Putin assassination attempt, smells like a Putin assassination attempt, and denies like a Putin assassination attempt..... that's what it is.

Is that the standard of western analysis and investigation?

I remember when the rest of the world vaguely admired western justice systems .

When Russia won't cooperate? (which is always)

Yes.

Give us something to co-operate with.

We can't investigate Germany's claims until they are provided to us.

Germany has agreed to share the data. We wait.

With respect, in Russia, this has not only "gone away", it never showed up in the first place.

By "gone away" I was referring to the international condemnation.

Well, nobody remembers any time when the Western World ever admired the justice system in Russia, so there ya go.

As of now we are still waiting for our German partners to provide the available data and lab tests.

This is not contested by Berlin - we wait patiently but the western shills who demand immediate answers are of course being totally dis-ingenuous.

Your frenzied floundering is admittedly not without a certain comical entertainment value, but still takes nothing from how embarrassingly you continue to make a complete fool of yourself here.

That you haven't the slightest clue of what's going on in Berlin in this matter goes, of course, without saying. So you would either not really know that all branches of German government conclude that Navalny was poisoned and, more importantly, poisoned in Russia, or you are conveniently ignoring that little fact in your habitual lying manner. Nor would you concede that Germany is hardly so stupid as to reveal its scientific methods of determining the presence of a Novichok agent in Navalny or whoever else, just so that the Kremlin criminals can develop a new strain that could thus escape detection.

One also notices the past silence on what the OPCW analysis supplied to all its member states (Russia being one of them) in the Skripal case, but that silence is of course par for the course with you and your ilk.

But whatever the case, anyone from the Russian troll factories can't really be expected to react in any other way than we see here.

So DO continue to disqualify yourself and thus fail further.

Whatever the reason for Berlin's inability to provide the data, we still can't investigate thin air. I'm sure even the biggest Russia hating shills can understand that.

Real investigations take time. Berlin isn't located within Russia.

The poisoning happened in Russia. Deep within Russia. Berlin cannot provide those details.

New statements from Chancellor Merkel and FM Maas in the last 48 hours show the ground has shifted. By putting the burden on the Kremlin to get to the bottom of who poisoned Navalny (hint: they won’t) German leaders are creating the predicate for freezing Nord Stream 2. Nicely played.

The German gubmint has submitted the laboratory findings to the OPCW.

Of which Russia is a member, respectively a signatory to.

Now fail some more.

In the case of Navalny Russia invites Germany to compare the results of tests to see when the poison appeared in the body of the crook, and Germany invites Russia to play this game on the table with famous Western cardsharpers.
Instead of creating a joint Commission to make sure that Navalny was not poisoned in Russia, Germany passed the tests with the mixed "Novichok" to the OPCW, which is famous for fabricating cases and ignoring obvious facts

Russia can cooperate, or have NS-2 shut down.

Choosing between tests that can be verified and tests whose results are forever classified, a real degenerate will only trust the classified ones.
Russian doctors conducted about 60 studies and the poison in the fraudster Navalny was not found, but if you pass his tests to the german mengelistas and turn away for a minute, they will immediately find everything you need. Only, of course, the results will have to be classified, otherwise it will be very inconvenient.
