They don't have a choice McConnell is keeping the senate open. by the rules of the senate
they have to show up to vote.

they tried stalling it by not showing up for committee meetings but that fails after a while.

It is still early but from what I have read of her responses she is very smart.
she is better than robert's that is for sure.
how that guy got a law degree is beyond me.

proof or evidence?
honeslty 9 judges is perfectly fine.
and 13 will work as long as those judges abide by their constitutional duty to protect and defend the constitution and to uphold it
as written.

you realize that judges do not have the power to change the constitution correct?
this is taught in high school civics class.

Your headline should read the gop to confirm barrett monday. I would expect biden to add more judges in return for the gop playing with bad intentions.

Yep, because having a 7/6 ruling is far better than having a 5/4 ruling, since two more justices were “wrong”. ;)

It will certainly lower the "value" of each seat and restore at least a little bit of legitimacy to the court..

And the Constitution does not say the government owes citizens health care, so immediately get rid of Obama care.
