Barr Says Justice Dept. Has Not Seen Evidence of Fraud That Would Undo Biden’s Win

You have been reading blogs and not filings. That isn't what she is putting forward.

We're talking about the Michigan Kraken, not the Georgia Kraken.

Start at paragraph 142.

Did you read my post?

If you want me to be specific, pick a case. There are plenty. I don't really feel like running around after moving goalposts.
Ohh boy! You want him to actually read and understand something? Good luck with that.

Its about Dominion's record retention as required by law. Again how do you know whether they were in compliance until you try to get records from them they say they don't have.

AK, please address the subject, if you are able to do so.

The law doesn't require Dominion to keep those records, it requires the state to keep those records. And Powell has not even alleged that the state is out of compliance of the law.

No evidence? What do you call the hundreds of sworn affidavits? Are you saying that they are all lying? What about all of the strange irregularities?

How about this man who came forward yesterday... Surely his allegations are worth investigating, wouldn't you say?

The reason Trump/Russia led to indictments is because.... Wait for it... They did a thorough investigation.

You can't indict people for a crime if you don't investigate to determine if a crime was committed.

.

I've been watching this for a few minutes and he hasn't actually alleged anything criminal so can you give me a timestamp?

Edit: He's full of shit. He says he saw completed ballots, which is impossible if they're in ****ing envelopes. Oh, and conveniently there's absolutely no paper trail showing he drove this route at all.

Now, I know you think there are thousands of stories like this. There aren't. Most of the stories are dumb shit like "I was told to use a sharpie and you're not supposed to use a sharpie!" (sharpies are fine and the voter literally saw their vote get counted by the machine as normal)

Or my personal favorite, someone testifying that they saw "a bunch of illegal immigrants voting." Except when questioned, turns out what they actually saw was people with brown skin whom they just assumed were illegal immigrants because they were speaking Spanish.

But making it part of the complaint ensures that the state knows not to destroy those records.

Last week Barr was the hero of the right. This week when he tells one truth the media on the right is attacking him and calling him names. Just amazing that anyone can be right leaning these days.

There are some forum right wingers who wont show their faces in this thread out of decency. The ones here are the Hillary had a hand in Benghazi, covid is just a flu, Obama birth certificate, and Biden crime family types - pick your flavor.

Worth noting that the state was preparing to reset all the voting machines and clear out the logs. There's also a question regarding whether they saved the outer envelops of the mail in ballots (which they are required to do) at all.

The envelopes had return addresses written on them... or didn't you hear that part?

Barr Says Justice Dept. Has Not Seen Evidence of Fraud That Would Undo Biden’s Win
Attorney General William P. Barr said Tuesday that the Justice Department has not uncovered voting fraud at a scale that could have affected the results of the presidential election, reaffirming Joseph R. Biden Jr.’s win despite President Trump’s groundless claims that he was defrauded.

=====
When Barr throws in the towel, that’s the end game.
Another nail in the coffin.

How about you troll somewhere else. You aren't even close to addressing the topic you are just poisoning the conversation.

Now if only we could get someone could tell the President that. Sounds like a job for Mighty Mouse.

The president views the Attorney General as his own personal attorney.

He thinks since he pays a personal attorney $400 an hour and a retainer fee, he feels he is entitled to direct that attorney to maneuver the law in his favor.

Jeff Sessions and William Barr have only themselves to blame. They knew what they were signing up for.

Rudy Guiliani would have been Trump's perfect AG however even Trump thinks Rudy is probably too kooky.

Heck you don't even know what the subject is and you seem to know as much about election law as Rudy does.

There is no question of whether they've saved the envelopes.

The issue is that the signed envelopes are meaningless at this point, because by law there is no way to connect a ballot to an envelope in order to preserve the secret ballot.

Someone had concerns about how people can be right wingers these days. I explained, depending on the strain of theorist, that is who we find here.

Which part of that offends you? The salt needs to stop.

Maybe Sessions should've known better. But he shared a fairly similar bigoted viewpoint of minorities as Trump's. But he was smart enough to recognize just how far he could go up to line legally before crossing it and he wasn't willing risk doing so on Trump's behalf. Barr, I think much like McConnell was smart enough to be fully aware of Trump's faults and shortcomings and his toxic proclivities. But despite those concerns they saw him as a tool they could use to advance their agendas. For McConnell it was packing the courts with conservative judges. For Barr it was the pursuit of his unitary executive theory. Barr undercutting Trump's rigged election claims should probably come as not much of a surprise because as far as Barr is concerned Trump being a lame duck renders him as being no longer useful to him.

The false dichotomy you presented smears one side, the side posting in this thread. Its just smearing people to be doing so. Most would call that trolling, how about you actually present something about the subject matter for a change?

There are already many laws that prevent them from destroying election records, as quoted in the Complaint.

From what I have seen there are multiple states that don't give a damn about laws as much as they do about beating Trump.

And you don't seem to know as much.

Credit where credit is due at least Doctor is posting about the subject.

Not surprising since multiple recounts including a manual recount have confirmed the accuracy and integrity of vote count.
