Banning Gay Marriage is Unconstitutional

Alright, I have some kick ass evidence for this one. As we all may or may not know, gay marriage is legal in Massachusetts. Gay marriage has been banned in a handful of states, meaning those states will not recognize any gay marriage made in Massachusetts.

Article IV, Section I of the US Constitution:

Full Faith and Credit shall be given in each State to the public Acts, Records, and judicial Proceedings of every other State. And the Congress may by general Laws prescribe the Manner in which such Acts, Records, and Proceedings shall be provided, and the Effect thereof.

That's right folks. Not recognizing Massachusetts' marriage is as unconstitutional as not recognizing their driver's license, or any debt someone owes from Massachusetts.
