Well, I respect Vauge in a very non-kissass way. I disagree with a lot of his opinions but he's a very open minded fella. I'll also throw out TOT. Another guy whose positions are diametrically opposed to mine but he is always able to support his ideas with facts.

Now that throws me for a loop. TOT's tight and all, but in my opinion, Gunny is on a whole nother level. I often say I agree with Gunny more than any one else here. Which makes for an interesting case study of human nature as we (shaumy and The Warden) have gotten on well. Think about it. Is it politics, or...ah well, don't get me started on human nature.

So I join, choose my name for obvious reasons, (that worked out well, eh?) and then go right to PM'ing vauge asking if he's the head cheese and tell him "yo, I'm here, things are gonna change, I'm gonna go about this with logic and morality".

Guy comes back polite, "hey, welcome, then I guess you'd be more like shuamort than anyone else".

I don't forget jack sh**t. Never have. But then that's why I always win Jeopardy (I'll get on one day, I'm registered) and Trivial Persuit. (Now's when someone challenges me on that, I figgin dare you. I can beat any two of you at either game. Come on, let's go).
