Most of those really RAD bikes are unuseable.
You can idle with them and parade through a show but it's almost impossible to execute proper road maneuvers on them.

The girls were easy on the eyes, though.

Yep, they are often rendered useless except for parading or drag racing. Many of them are no longer capable of handling normal road cornering at speed, long trips or bumps. Of course, many show cars are not intended for normal road use either.
