Pretty damn good comeback response to (S/I/T) Trump (the mouth that never gives it a rest) by Boyer.

Trump released a statement on Thursday dismissing Boyer as a "RINO"—a Republican In Name Only—and accusing the state senator of "doing everything in his power to hold up the damning Forensic Audit of Maricopa County which has been taking place over the last 90 days.

"The people of Arizona are demanding it. Boyer has been nothing but trouble, and nobody knows why. All we demand is Voter Integrity! He is being primaried by a strong and highly respected challenger, former Arizona State Representative Anthony Kern."

"Had Trump built the wall like he promised, perhaps he could've prevented the 40k #BambooBallots from being imported into Arizona," Boyer wrote. "And if he hadn't started an insurrection in D.C. and gotten kicked off here, I could've responded directly to him. So there's that."

"President Trump on Thursday condemned what he described as a “heinous attack” on the Capitol the preceding day and called for healing.

“Like all Americans, I am outraged by the violence, lawlessness and mayhem,” Trump said, adding that he had “immediately” deployed the National Guard to respond to the scene.

“Emotions are high now, but tempers must be cooled and calm restored,” the president continued. “We must get on with the business of America. My campaign rigorously pursued every legal avenue to contest the election results. My only goal was to ensure the integrity of the vote.”

“My focus now turns to ensuring a smooth, orderly and seamless transition,” Trump said, acknowledging that “a new administration” would be inaugurated Jan. 20. “This moment now calls for healing and reconciliation.”

Ouch (pardon the pun). He smacked down that idiot Trump with those words (which were correct).

Of course Trump called him a RINO. That's the usual attack on real Republicans who don't worship at the altar of Trump with their asses up in the air. The smart people point and laugh at those who scream "RINO".

Trump’s lips were moving.

Good for him. On the other side, he expressed affection for the heinous attackers, drummed up hostility to the election process months before it took place, attacked his hyper loyal VP, and resisted calling on the attackers to stop. Thus, despite his healing words, The Donald maintains his high ranking on the low-life meter.

Trump would call me a RINO then. I support Boyer in calling for the "audit" to be shelved.

What is happening in Arizona is Republicans or fighting each other. It is the Trump supporters against the rest of the Republican Party.

I have sent Boyer a email thanking him for his position on this nonsense.

RHINOS are wrong
Democrats are wrong
Independents are wrong
the MSM is wrong
BUT Trump is right, about everything!

Why can't people figure that out, it is SO obvious, the man walks on water.

Nah you are not true to American values, which include kowtowing to Trump, believing in conspiracies, and arming yourself for the next civil war.

AZ State Senator Paul Boyer is correct about Trump inciting the insurrection on January 6th. He was the only AZ Republican Senator last February who did the right thing by voting against holding the Maricopa County Supervisors in contempt.

but I am armed. One reason I live in AZ. Open carry and no need for permit to conceal carry in many situations.

if you believe that malarky then your reality is far different than mine, LOL!! Just th eother day he called the insurrectionists "good people." He also said Hitler did a lot of good things.

Someone better call an ambulance. Trump needs the burn ward.

I'll take his entire statement as one derived from fear. And he is still lying in the statement. He did not deploy the guard at all. Pence had to intervene to get the ball rolling. Trump may have approved it, but over 3 hours late, after the majority of the damage was done.

Pence had to approve it, illegally, as a matter of fact, because Trump would not.

Paul Boyer is a democrate plant

From the article:

Trump calls for healing, smooth transition after ‘heinous attack’ on Capitol.

A whole day after. Now remind us what he was saying just a few hours before it. That's the kicker...

Why didn’t Trump hold a live presser outside the White House as things calmed down and addressed the Nation showing his disgust for the insurrection?

instead he made “videos” and released them like a coward.

Where do you get these garbage sites?

This one didn’t even bother to tell you anything about who they are. No masthead, no reporters, no address, no nothing.

You have no idea who’s talking to you, and you obviously don’t care.

Wow... "I am super sorry for that thing that I started" is a terrible place to be in .

Imagine any other leader in history as his supporters are actively attacking their Capitol building saying to those people" We Love you. You are Special"

Just imagine it.

He provoked the attack. He was praising the terrorists the day they carried out the attack.
