Are the FBI, DOJ and DNI and others Kremlin based Russian operations?

In the debate, Joe Biden said that ex government officials from the Obama Administration or are Never Trumpers that the laptop is a Russian operation - and that he agrees with this.

The FBI, the Department of Justice and the National Intelligence Agency all have formally stated Russia was not involved. In addition, two people receiving the emails have verified them - the reason given for coming forward being fearing for their lives. WaPo and dozens of other publications have run the story claiming there is verification.

So, are they all Kremlin based Russian Operations like Biden claimed in the debate?

This is the most extreme attack against the FBI, DOJ and our Intelligence Agencies by a presidential candidate in US history. In the debate, Biden claimed Russian has taken total control of the American government, the entire American criminal justice system and the entirety of American intelligence organizations.

Biden is lying to the people he wants to vote for him.

I considered selecting this one: Biden is owned and run by Xi Jinping, but I don't think that is strictly true. Biden is willing to sell the US down the river in a multitude of issues, but nobody owns him. They just have to give him enough money.

The rest of your choices are not true, but WaPo and individuals in the government agencies are willing to help Russia...or any other country...if it means hurting Trump.
