Appeals Court rules for transgender teen in Virginia bathroom case

Access to public restrooms has existed for a long time. Very few laws actually criminalize such things. And this is especially true if the person presents as the gender they are using the restroom of.
And neither does HB2 criminalize using the wrong bathroom either.

Really? Then what happens to someone caught in the wrong bathroom, who doesn't have a birth certificate that matches the sex of the restroom they are in? Are they simply asked to leave? If so what if they refuse, insisting this is their sex? What if they can't prove which sex they are? Do they just not get to use the restroom? Is it up to the police which restroom they use? Why?

Raleigh actually has a law (they are attempting to change) which says someone cannot use the restroom of the opposite sex (which isn't normally enforced although was in 2010 and the guy was arrested and charged under that law).

Do you know what an actual crime looks like when it is written as a law in our great state?

If you think it is a crime, then please, show me the elements of the crime, and its statutory punishment level.

Hint: Crimes in NC have these written in the law.... where is it in HB2????
