A federal appeals court has revived a constitutional challenge to Rep. Madison Cawthorn’s (R-N.C.) right to run for reelection because of his support for insurrectionists who attacked the Capitol on Jan. 6, 2021.

Voters and the organization Free Speech for People have argued in court that Section 3 of the 14th Amendment bars lawmakers like Cawthorn from running again for office.

Do we support the Constitution or not? Insurrectionists CANNOT be part of the government they tried to overthrow.

People/voters should simply NOT vote him into office ever again. If Cawthorn had enlightened voters he would participate in such an anti american activity would voters have sent him to capitol hill. As of the moment he has proved himself deceptive and a criminal.

VOTE NO ON CAWTHORNE!!!!!!

JANUARY 6TH WOULD HAVE PLACED AMERICAN IN AN ECONOMIC FAILURE SITUATION TO THE POINT THAT MILLIONS UPON MILLIONS UPON MILLIONS UPON MILLIONS WOULD LOSE EMPLOYMENT THUS
NO ONE WOULD BE WILLING TO BUY US GOVERNMENT BONDS AS AN INVESTMENT = MAYBE NEVER AGAIN.
