Appeals court denies Michael Flynn and Justice Department's effort to end his case

The judge's role is to be unbiased, not impartial. There is an important distinction.

The judge has discretion to grant or reject all of those things - Flynn's motion to change his plea, Brady motions, and the prosecution's motion to dismiss. He gets to decide - and the full circuit has made that clear.

Even the attorneys for the prosecutors admitted to the circuit that none of the material was exculpatory.

Barr is a Conservative Republican who and as with the mass of Conservative Republicans since Reagan has evolved out of the closet as the fascist they've become. Their journey included contempt for the two Bushes and the bitter and crushing inability of the Republican Party to prevent Obama becoming Potus.

So they turned to Trump the hard core birther et al who they have known long term is indebted to Russia and the puppet master Putin. They had no choice yet it turned out to be a huge surprise party for 'em. Now however they know the party's over unless they smash up the furniture and burn down the house.

They provided evidence that they did not consider exculpatory - and said as much in court.

Powell is the only player here who has argued that the information released by the DoJ was "exculpatory".

What you don't have any clue of is that you're talking about Trump rather than me.

In contract to the low brow Trump, good labeling is an art and a skill. While Trump talked silly nonsense about Pocahantas, Rommel the Desert Fox is a sharp contrast and a premier tag of art and skill. Honest Abe is of course another. Father of Our Country George Washington. Reagan the Great Communicator is yet another great tag. Silent Cal was a tag that said it all.

So while PutinTrumpRowers is several leagues down in the scheme of things, it's a bull's eye shot for sure. We get all we need to know of the fact because thou doth protest too much, for one thing. It's the telling thing. It is indeed beyond credulity you don't know what you're doing; how; why. And for whom.
