We'll be implementing some major changes in our company before the year ends. We'll start as soon as the audits are done. I'm wondering if there are applications that will enable us to do the planning and implementation of the changes in an organized way. Any suggestions?

Computer apps or mobile apps? what kind of changes? how big is the company ?
 
If the company is small Visio could be used to track process's current then future. Use with a spreadsheet to track what changes are required due dates, completion dates and comments.
