There has been nearly universal interest in aphrodisiacs, or sexual stimulants. In my experience, both marijuana & alcohol have been effective aphrodisiacs, acting mainly by lowering natural inhibitions in the female. I've had no experience with red ginseng or Ecstacy or any of the other substances in the Wiki reference.

Red ginseng is available on Amazon. See
[Gangwoninsam] Korean Red Ginseng Tea (3g x 100 packets) – 6 Year Old Korean Red Ginseng, Korean Health Food, Individually Packaged (100)
It got the only 5 star review but there was nothing about its aphodisiac effect.

I've never tried red ginseng or Ecstasy either. As a female I will say that yes, alcohol lessens inhibitions - but it doesn't actually increase desire for me. Weed, on the other hand increases desire a lot, but doesn't lessen inhibitions nearly as much as alcohol. Maybe a combo?

I've read that combining pot & alcohol can lead to an unpleasant phenomenon called 'Crossing the Wires' or crossfading. Seehttps://www.healthline.com/health/alcohol-and-weed. I would not expect that to increase desire for sex. Watching some hot porn before a date or encounter with a male might be more productive for you both.

Productive for us both? Not really into porn, and I'm married, so an encounter with a male (other than my husband) isn't likely. I do find the difference in effects between alcohol and weed interesting, though.

And depending on how it effects you:

Ectasy, MDMA, is an amphetamine so it may not be so great for the male . . .

Well. Now I know that Ecstasy is not for me, either. I didn't like speed or cocaine - I like relaxing effects. :)

Candy is dandy but vodka won't rot your teeth.
