Yes, people decline as they get older. They also accumulate more experience. It shouldn’t be arbitrary. It should be a case by case.

Actually...I don't, because almost everyone knows that's the ONLY reason Trumpers such as yourself love the guy.
That says a lot about one third of our society, and it's disturbing because...just suppose as if by magic almost everyone suddenly decided that Trump really IS the ideal leader.

In 1961 Ronald Reagan shrilled that Medicare would "bring a Socialist dictatorship."

In 2010 Republicans promised that Obamacare would end civilization as we know it.
