Anyone upset by the DNC?

What I'm hoping that this will trigger is some sort of referendum on whether the GOP and DNC are public or private entities. If they are considered private entities (a scary thought), then this is all 100% legal and if they want Clinton as their candidate, then they should be allowed to do whatever they want to put her into that position. But if they to be considered public entities (a REALLY scary thought), then they should be held to a very high level of accountability and non-partisanship.

This has already been seen in the RNC where the delegates wanted to be able to cast their points where they wanted them rather than being bound by the voters.

The RNC turned that motion down, which was the best decision they made so far this election.

This is going to seem out there but the way I see it Russia is an ally against the liberal globalists. Europe is going down the toilet.

Not far out there.

1. their chairwoman is resigning in disgrace
2. their system of nominating a candidate has proven to be rigged
3. their presidential candidate... well we all know about their presidential candidate and her inability to maintain classified data.
4. she nominated a major establishment pick for VP, in a convention center that bears the name of a Wall street banking firm...
5. the convention hasn't even started yet.

nah , i'm not really upset. I expect the DNC to act like that. if it weren't for corruption they'd have no politics at all.

I do hope the convention gives us as much fun as the last day or so though LOL.

I actually don't know what all the fuss is about. Bernie Sanders wasn't even a member of the Democratic Party until 8 months ago and only joined the party so he could use its recognition and resources to run for President since he knew damn well he would not be successful running as an independent. Why would the DNC be enthusiastic or supportive of a Bernie Sanders campaign any more than many Republican's were enthusiastic or supportive of a Trump campaign. #NeverTrump.

I don't know, I think Sanders represents the liberal Democrats a lot better than Hillary does. I'm not sure why he even considers himself a socialist.

That was an internal RNC rules decision, not a federal law/regulation. What I'm saying is that this will hopefully clearly define the political party machines as being either under Fed. authority (which means that they should be subject to laws guaranteeing their objectivity and equal access) or they private entities (which should mean that they can pretty much run things however they want).

True, but the internal decision was a good one so im not sure we need federal intervention. Where the Fed needs to intervene is on Citizens United. A corporation is NOT people.

You mean she wouldn't have been hired...if it wasn't a tempest in a teapot?

Well, it was just announced that DWS won't even be gaveling the DNC open and closed anymore. Must be one hell of a big teapot. Did you see the video of her having to be escorted out of the Florida delegation meeting this morning by security, for her own safety? How about the speech Bernie gave to his supporters and delegates after lunch today where they revolted when he said they must vote for Hillary? The tempest is still churning - It's at least a Cat 3 right now, and seems to be gaining strength.

But, you keep the faith. Blind faith posts are an interesting insight into true thoughtless partisanship.

So what you're saying is that this is such a huge scandal and so horrible that... DWS was immediately hired by the campaign because nobody cares about PR in an election.

But *I* am the blind thoughtless partisan for pointing this contradiction out.

I have that right?

HRC doesn't care nor is she concerned about this effecting her ability to get elected. That, in my opinion, is a mistake. The Bernie Sanders supporters are not so loyal to the Democratic Party and Hillary Clinton as the HRC campaign and the DNC seem to treat them. HRC hired DWS out of loyalty for all the hard work she did as DNC chairman that ensured HRC the nomination. Many, MANY, of the Bernieites are pissed, and may vote against HRC because of those actions that DWS and the DNC took to push Bernie out.

Remember, Bernie got 46% of the Democrat vote in the primaries. That's a number that should be both respected and feared by HRC and the DNC, yet they are treating them as if they are nothing more than good soldiers for the Democratic Party that will fall in line in November. That may be a fatal mistake for the HRC campaign, and the DNC.

No. You don't have any of that right. If you take a moment to actually read what I am saying to you, you will see that I am not being partisan, but rather discussing actual events and their impacts of the Democratic Party as well as HRC's campaign, both present tense with events happening as we type back and forth, and those potential effects down the road.

So, yeah, your posts are partisan as hell, in that they completely ignore what I'm attempting to discuss which is not partisan, and they are partisan in their blind dismissal of reality and facts through misdirection and deflection, like calling me partisan or belittling me personally in an attempt to ignore what I said.

Look, I get it. It isn't fun to see your political party falling apart. Just think about how I've felt over the last 20 years, and especially this year. In fact, I'm debating whether I should just go change my registration to independent. So, I get your anger and the reason for your posts that attempt to defend the indefensible.

LOL. Not sure where you see 'anger' or how I'm 'belittleing' you. I think that reading that into my posts might be your problem... not mine.

But thanks for your insight that Hillary Clinton 'doesnt care about getting elected'. I guess that puts to bed the persistent meme that 'all she cares about is getting elected' and I guess her loyalty and friendship with DWS destroys the meme of 'she only cares about power and herself'.

Given your oddly contradictory statements, I think I'll go back to my original point. Its a tempest in a teapot.

Fine. Rainbows and butterflies everywhere.

No, thoughtless partisan, no.

Tempest in a teapot. A little issue that will blow over after a couple days of panty wadding by the usual crowd.

if it does it is because too many are too well trained to line up behind the political elite which have Rigged the system in any way they feel necessary, and feel no need to even give the commons a say in it whatsoever.

if you cannot see the problem with such corruption, then I hope you are young enough to rue the consequences.
