I personally find this repugnant...

Here's a shocker for 54 percent of the country ... President Trump opened a Bible (that's not the shocker), signed his name in it, and now the good book could now be worth nearly $40k. There it is.

Yes, as Trump would almost certainly put it, you can now buy your "favorite President's" favorite book ... which our sources tell us he autographed during a very turbulent week in the nation, and particularly in Washington, D.C.

Isn't he the most awesomest Christian imaginable?

We knew that he's basically done nothing but his name on things (and take Putin's money), but this might be a new low. But it shows again how that works on suckers.

Not a big shocker. He probably believes he wrote the book.

Whining liberals again. People ask Trump to sign bibles and he obliges. He was usually asked to sign bibles when he showed up in disaster areas. You can tell from the comments who the Trump haters are.

"... Hershael York, dean of the Southern Baptist Theological Seminary School of Theology in Louisville, Kentucky, said he didn’t have a problem with Trump signing Bibles, like former presidents have, because he was asked and because it was important to the people who were asking. ...

But the Rev. Donnie Anderson, executive minister of the Rhode Island State Council of Churches, said she was offended by the way Trump scrawled his signature Friday as he autographed Bibles and other things, including hats, and posed for photos. She viewed it, she said, as a “calculated political move” by the Republican president to court his evangelical voting base. ..."

Trump signed Bibles. Heresy? Many religious leaders say no

Everyone let this sink in a little, people paying sizable amounts for a Bible just because Trump signed it.

These people continue to make Christianity a punchline, and I really don't have a problem with that, because what it reveals is very telling indeed.

A fool and his money are soon parted.

The best part of this story is no one has to place a bid if they choose not to.
