And? Iraq was a sovereign nation. They wouldn't sign an SOF agreement that was acceptable. We had no legal grounds to stay. And yes, we've been 'doing something' about ISIS. He didn't 'let' them do anything. Bungo ahead and push that false narrative all you'd like.
