Anti-Vax athlete contracts COVID; cripples career due to chronic heart condition

Turns out that naturally acquired resistance to COVID has serious potential consequences, such as contracting a heart condition that impairs your ability to compete as an athlete.

Imagine winning the athlete lottery and getting your dream job in the NHL, becoming a millionaire, then seeing it all slip away because you took health advice from anti-vaxxer right-wingers on Facebook or Twitter.

Near the end of his career and was never much of a player, just the same, another dummy I hope does recover (I wouldn't wish Covid on anyone just to score points), but he will now have to live with the health consequences for the rest of his life.

according to this article about some studies out of Israel there is a chance he could have developed the exact same heart condition had he been fully vaccinated Some seem willing to jump all over him and criticize him for not getting the vaccine, but I doubt they are as vocal about someone fully vaccinated who also develops this heart condition. It’s as if that Fact interferes with their agenda so that part of the science is ignored.

Here is a SI article that says Josh was the only unvaccinated player on his team, and that the goalkeeper (who would be vaccinated according to this claim) also developed the heart condition. That is why everyone should speak to their doctor about if the vaccine is tight for them instead of getting medical advice from Facebook and Twitter thinking they are safe.

Who has verified that his condition is from not getting the vaccine? Wasn't he likely to get a breakthrough case of covid with the vaccine?
