He says Trump will disrupt the election by suing every state where the election is close in an attempt to delay a certified victory for Joe Biden.

In short, Trump isn't going to leave the White House.

Trump can't get a second term by delaying or invalidating the election. The only way for Trump remain in the White House in 2021 is for him to have a clear electoral victory. If there isn't a winner and the electoral votes are challenged, then his administration is out on 1/20/2021 and the presidency will fall to the Speaker of the House or the Senate Pro Tempore.
