Another tidbit of Trump/Epstein sleaze for trumpers to deny.

"For nearly 15 years, the two men socialized together in Manhattan and Palm Beach, Fla., before a falling out that preceded Mr. Epstein’s first arrest."

According to the report, "when Mr. Trump hosted a party at Mar-a-Lago for young women in a so-called calendar girl competition, Mr. Epstein was the only other guest." The report cites George Houraney, a Florida-based businessman who arranged the event.

"Mr. Houraney recalled being surprised that Mr. Epstein was the only other person on the guest list," the report states before quoting the man.

"Mr. Houraney’s then-girlfriend and business partner, Jill Harth, later accused Mr. Trump of sexual misconduct on the night of the party. In a lawsuit, Ms. Harth said that Mr. Trump took her into a bedroom and forcibly kissed and fondled her, and restrained her from leaving. She also said that a 22-year-old contestant told her that Mr. Trump later that night crawled into her bed uninvited."

Just a couple of good friends, and a party full of ‘young women’.

Criminal liars are often very good at not getting caught.
I completely misread the OP. I thought it was something about a new SA that was supposedly told to another person in private but nobody else. After reading it again I see that there actually was a lawsuit that was settled out of court. My mistake!

It'd be really nice if these allegations were being made via criminal indictments instead of just tabloid headlines. :/

Yes, where are they?

All of the information the prosecutors had in their hands and they only indicted Epstein and Maxwell.

The op is just repeating known news.

Well yeah, except that's the entire point.

Trump is probably guilty of many of the Epstein-related crimes he's being implicated in, but that's such a small piece of this it's almost not relevant. He's clearly a man of vice and has a degenerate appetite, not entirely surprising he'd be schmoozing with a piece of shit like Epstein.

The conspiracy theorist in me figures the hyper-focus on the Trump-Epstein narrative is intentional though. Liberals are all-too-eager to stick it to both Trump and broader MAGA, particularly because MAGA is full of paranoid schizophrenics who spent years talking about international pedophile rings and are now discovering the phone call was coming from inside the house. The problem is that this distracts from the larger issue, which is that Epstein was almost certainly an intelligence asset (likely Israeli) and represents a small portion of a third column operating within our government and society which blackmails people in power to orchestrate certain political outcomes.

Unfortunately the average voter is too braindead to see past the media cycle so nothing of substance will come from any of this.

I will never understand why Trumpers even bother trying to pretend these things didn't happen. We know by his own admission he is a sleaze bag who thinks he can treat women any way he wants including unwelcome sexual acts. Trumpers know he is a pig, they don't care he is a pig ...so why don't they just stop trying to pretend this is all left wing malice and admit he is a pig and they don't care.

Because they want to be just like him?

Because they want to be just like him?
No, I think it's because they don't want to admit they knowingly voted for a man with zero character , values or morals. So they have to pretend it's all lies made up by the left.

No need to even extrapolate to these people being “assets” or go down that hole.

What is plainly clear is that - as always - there is one set of rules for the rich and powerful and another for everyone else.

In other words: the rich and powerful can do horrifying things and get away with it by simply throwing money at it to go away.

Couple of bros in competition. Sick mother ****ers.

Trump has pulled the ole 'bait and switch' on nearly 75 million of his followers. I suspect only a very small portion of them will hold him accountable.

Some of the notable figures named in connection with Jeffrey Epstein include:
  • Prince Andrew: The British royal was a friend of Epstein and mentioned in court filings. Virginia Giuffre, an Epstein victim, sued Prince Andrew alleging sexual abuse, which they later settled, though the Prince denied the claims.
  • Bill Clinton: The former US President reportedly traveled on Epstein's private jet. While not accused of wrongdoing by Epstein's victims, one victim testified that Epstein once commented about Clinton and younger women. Clinton has denied any knowledge of Epstein's crimes.
  • Donald Trump: The former president also socialized with Epstein and was mentioned in court documents, but is not accused of misconduct in relation to Epstein's activities. Trump reportedly barred Epstein from his Mar-a-Lago resort in 2007.
  • Michael Jackson: A victim testified that she met the singer at Epstein's home, but said nothing inappropriate occurred with him. Jackson's name also appeared on Epstein's contact list.
  • David Copperfield: A victim stated she met the magician at Epstein's residence where he performed tricks. She also stated that he inquired about girls being paid to find other girls, according to Business Insider.
  • Kevin Spacey: The actor was named as a passenger on Epstein's private plane by the billionaire's former pilot, reports Fox News.
  • Stephen Hawking: The renowned physicist was mentioned in a single email from Epstein related to a baseless claim about his involvement in an "underage orgy".
  • Alan Dershowitz: The former Epstein attorney and law professor had his name appear in court records, and a victim had previously accused him of sexual abuse, but later retracted her claim.
  • Glenn Dubin: The billionaire hedge fund manager was also mentioned, and a victim claimed Maxwell directed her to engage in sexual acts with him, according to Time Magazine. Dubin denies the allegations.
  • Jean-Luc Brunel: The French modeling agent and close friend of Epstein killed himself while awaiting trial on rape charges. Victims accused him of using modeling promises to exploit minors.
  • Leslie Wexner: Epstein managed money for the retail mogul for years, and their relationship ended after Epstein's 2006 arrest.
  • Bill Richardson: The former US ambassador and governor of New Mexico was named in victim testimony, but he denied the claims.

Seems like Maxwell could finger (no pun intended) anyone of these guys who went the extra mile and had sex with any of the underaged girls. She knows everything that went on. I'm guessing she's holding out for a Trump pardon.

Makes you wonder why she was never offered a plea deal.

The very rich often have political ties that shield them for decades

At least two Canadian billionaires have been shielded by police and prosecutors over sex crimes for decades, only facing punishment in their 80s

Inquiring minds want to to know

“I’ve known Jeff for 15 years. Terrific guy,” Mr. Trump told New York magazine in 2002. “He’s a lot of fun to be with. It is even said that he likes beautiful women as much as I do, and many of them are on the younger side. No doubt about it — Jeffrey enjoys his social life.”

As I read the complaint, couldn't help but notice Houraney bringing up aspects of the defendants personality that we see in his exploits today.
The angry verbal abuse.
The lashing out at those who defy him.
The propensity for revenge.
The overall absence of emotional development.

This guy now commands our nuclear arsenal.

God help us.

But but somebody said that Bill Clinton once said Happy Birthday to Epstein. So there!

And Obama wore a tan suit once.

He also likes arugula and fancy mustard

Unfit to be president

Now a felon and a rapist however, would make a great president
