Cause its must easier to talk down about Clinton and his personal sex life and then pull the 9/11 card for any problems with the current conservative led congress/senate/judiciary/executive.

Were Saint John the Kennedy in office in today's world, the press would have an absolute field day with his antics.

Things in this country really changed with the downfall of Camelot. LBJ took quite a beating from the press, but that was only "basic training" for the way they went after Nixon & all who have occupied the Oval Office since.

Calling Sen. Clinton "his bitch" explains that you and President Clinton are not on an equal plane when it comes to intelligence and education.

Maybe you'd prefer that he be known as her bitch?

I would prefer to debate the topic rather than get into a pi$sing match with you, sorry.

Good rebuttal to the topic. You regularly attack President Clinton, and now Hilary with a constant flow of untruths. You especially like to harp on Clinton's sexual escapades to this point what seems like almost half of your posts:

I interpret your point as being that since Clinton screwed around and got caught then lied about it that anything else he's said or done is meaningless and he should have quit. Right? However, if I or anyone else brings up JFK who was notorious for his womanizing you write how we "slander and defame JFK." That is one small chuckle for man and one giant hypocrite for mankind.

Personally I could care less what either man did in his sex life, it has no bearing on how he does/did his job. If every CEO in America had to resign because they lied about having an affair....for example should Knute (I Like spelling it this way reminds me of how he licked Reagan's Ahole) Gingrich not be allowed to run for public office because he too lied about getting Gingriched in his office, behind his wife's back (who was in a hospital dying from cancer) etc? I say NO! Who cares!

I prefer to judge people on their job performance, not on their ability to get laid.

And committing felonies, like perjury and obstruction, while in office - meaningless?

Too bad he was never convicted of committing felonies though the ridiculous right pretends as if he had been.

I prefer to compare job performance. For example let's compare the Clinton Years to the Bush (whacked) Years? That is a point of debate that matters. I always feel that the Anti-Clinton crowd always brings up his boner issue because their other arguments are so pathetically weak that they feel they need to fall back on the sex issue. That's my humble opinion.

Ah yes -- it wasnt proven in a court of law, so it didnt happen.
Unless the object up for consideration is a republican -- then the mere hint of an accusation is enough.

Nonsense! You're now ignoring the truth. You wrote that Clinton was convicted of felonies, that is not true. I wrote nothing about anyone else. You're actually using the "two wrongs make a right" argument to justify your untrue posts?

C'mon, let's debate the truth not made up untruths!

He supported NAFTA, his international trade policies were centered around lifting trade barriers, as governor he formed the group "The New Democrats" who supported welfare reform and smaller government.

There are definately reasons that he's a democrat, but as a conservative who's more about the conservative economics, and the ideas of greater states rights and smaller government in general than about the banning sodomy and making sure that gays can do as little as possible, Clinton's a lot better than the W republicans.

As Democratic Senator Zell Miller said (he made the keynote speech for Clinton at the 1992 Democratic convention) He ran as a moderate and governed as a liberal.........He fooled me..........That sums it up my friend......

I have heard many pundits on both sides say
Clinton was not only the Smartest President we have ever had
but he will also go down as one of the dumbest for his actions

No doubt that President Clinton was a dumbass concerning his sexual proclivity, no argument from me on that one.

However his governance, his record, his ability to articulate his thoughts and to draw people to him (no sex jokes please) make him a so much better President than Bush will ever be. It's like they're polar opposites. Bush has to be the worst speaker as President in the recorded age, even worse than Nixon who was horrible in front of the cameras.

Clinton, on the other hand has that special ability to articulate his thoughts without reading someone elses words that were written for him. Ever see Bush stray from his prepared message? It's pathetic and scary too.

I see, so you want us to accept that Zell Miller is actually the voice of the Democratic Party? That he is an actual Democrat? HAH! He's no more a Democrat than Jim Webb is a Republican. Do you know who Jim Webb is?

He's the EX-Republican just nominated by Democrats in Virginia to run against Bush Parrot George Allen. He served in the Reagan White House as a Naval Secretary. He bolted from President Bush and the GOP over Iraq. Is he a dumbass for this?

Well he is a Vietnam War Hero who supported Kerry in 2004. He was outspent in the Democratic Primary by a 3-1 ratio yet won. He's running against Allen's voting record in the Senate. Allen has voted with the President 97% of the time and that is the foundation for Webb's campaign.

My point is that shall we now use Webb as an example of what Republicans think? NOPE! Therefore it is equally ridiculous to us cite any comments by Zell Miller as it pertains to any Democrat. Capiche?

i would beg to differ
Clinton had a tremendous quality about him
it was his ability to speak articulately and in a way the endeared him to many, all the while managing to say absolutely nothing concrete
he was the consumate salesman
probably came from his decades of practice scoring on ho's

and yet most people i know would argue that Zell Miller represents what the Democratic Party USED TO STAND FOR before being usurped by the radical left
and that it is not so much a born-again Republican, but a disenfranchised democrat who does not like what has happened to his party

Nothing concrete? How about these from Bill Clinton:

“Sometimes when people are under stress, they hate to think, and it's the time when they most need to think.”

“I like that about the Republicans; the evidence does not faze them, they are not bothered at all by the facts.”

“Global poverty is a powder keg that could be ignited by our indifference.”

“By lifting the weakest, poorest among us, we lift the rest of us as well.”

“There is nothing wrong with America that cannot be cured by what is right with America”

“Politics is not religion and we should govern on the basis of evidence, not theology.”

"The road to tyranny, we must never forget, begins with the destruction of the truth”

“Our paradigm now seems to be: Something terrible happened to us on September 11, and that gives us the right to interpret all future events in a way that everyone else in the world must agree with us. And if they don't, they can go straight to hell.”

Most people you know think that Zell Miller is a true Democrat and the current members of the party aren't? Hmmm...are these friends of yours Democrats today or are they Republicans?

Many "old-style" Democrats left the party in the 60s after the passage of Civil Rights legislation because they were racists and the Democratic Party had no place for them. They left and joined the GOP where their racism was not disparaged.

One could also argue using your logic that those so-called Reagan Democrats are abandoning today's GOP due to Bush and his Syndicate of evil-doers, hence my example of Jim Webb.

that is just pathetic, but it does not surprise me, this would be one of your favorite quotes by slick willie

“There is nothing wrong with America that cannot be cured by what is right with America”

I think if you change 1 or 2 words of that statement, it becomes what REAGAN actually said a few years ago

now why dont you go read his speeches and see how much is BS and how much is actually statements that actually commits to a specific solution

Versus our current President who has never offered a specific solution to anything, especially the incredible mistakes that he has made since he was given the presidency by the Supreme Court.

You know if Bush were the head of a major corporation he would have been axed long ago because he would have been accountable for all of his failures. Hell, Bush doesn't even have the brain power to fire the people he delegated authority to, i.e. Rumsfeld! Instead he fires his spokesman and the head of the Treasury (for the 2nd time).

Clinton is admired around the world as a great leader and President. He garners respect from world leaders and their citizens almost everywhere. How about Bush? He's despised all over the world and the really awful thing about that is that he's also lowered the opinion of Americans by almost all of the world's citizens. I can prove to you the "Bush Effect" on how America has become less popular globally if you'd like (except in Pakistan and China that is).
